Never mind. I found the way to delete this category. My Cat List was showing Used Only. When I switched to Unused Only, there was the bogus cat, ready for deletion.3 -

Open the Account List (CTRL-A or Tools > Account List). If the column "Last Reconcile" is not showing, you can add it via the Options menu.1
